At Maternity Basics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer the following return and refund guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (such as breastmilk jewelry).
  • Opened or used items.
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@maternityb.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once approved, you are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return arrives safely.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products or if the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will provide further instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
